We are a small non-profit historical society dedicated to preserving the history of Gadsden County, Florida. Our home base is in Greensboro, Florida, located in the Florida Panhandle.
We are NOT a genealogical library nor do we provide research services for searching old county families. We do wish you success in your family tree research, but sadly we cannot help you.

The mission of the West Gadsden Historical Society is to preserve the history of Gadsden County while emphasizing the western area of the county. The rich history, people, places, and natural beauty
of this region of the Florida Panhandle will be showcased.
